The short version. Tap does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Everything you do in Tap stays on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
This Privacy Policy explains how Tap — Talk with Pictures ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. The App is published by Clover Media LLC. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
Nothing. Tap has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers, and it does not send your data anywhere. Tap works fully offline.
Photos
If you add your own picture cards from a photo, that image is stored only on your device and is never uploaded or shared. You can delete a custom card at any time, which removes its image from your device.
Speech
Words are spoken using your device's built-in text-to-speech. No audio or text is sent off the device.
Purchases
The optional one-time purchase to unlock Tap is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Tap is designed to be used by and with children. Because Tap collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect data from children. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws by design — there is no data to collect.
